Power BI 실행 후 Excel 선택 Power BI Desktop을 실행하면 첫 화면 좌측 상단에 [데이터 가져오기(Get data)] 버튼이 보입니다. 여기서 [Excel]을 클릭해주세요. Step 2. Excel 파일 선택하기 파일 탐색기 창이 열리면, 불러오고 싶은 .xlsx 파일 을 선택하고 [열기]를 눌러주세요. Step 3. 불러올 시트 또는 테이블 선택 선택한 Excel 파일 안에는 여러 개의 시트(sheet) 또는 **테이블(table)**이 있을 수 있어요. 원하는 항목을 체크한 뒤, [로드(Load)] 또는 **[데이터 변환(Transform Data)]**를 선택합니다. Tip : 화면 보시는 것 처럼 엑셀 파일 안에 3개의 시트가 있습니다. 바로 Power BI로 로드 하는 것 또는 한번 편집을 거치는 방법의 차이가 있습니다. (선택하는 시트만 로드 됩니다.) 로드 : 바로 데이터 모델에 불러오기 데이터 변환 : Power Query 편집기로 이동해서 정리 작업 가능 Step 4. 테이블 확인 저는 위의 3개 테이블 모두 선택하여 로드 버튼을 눌렀구요, 데이터가 Power BI로 불러와지면, 오른쪽 필드 창 에 테이블 이름이 나타납니다. 이제부터 이 데이터를 활용해 시각화를 시작할 수 있는 상태가 됩니다. #A Quick Guide the Main Components Power BI 데이터 시각화 도구의 핵심 영역 정리 안녕하세요. 지난 글에서 Power BI 설치 방법 에 대해 알아 보았는데요.  오늘은 Power BI의 기본 화면 구성 이 어떻게 되어 있는지, 핵심 영역 들을 정리해볼게요. Power BI는 복잡한 데이터 를 시각적으로 표현해주는 Microsoft의 대표적인 BI 도구 입니다.  아래 정리된 화면 구성을 확인 할 수 있습니다. 1. 리본 메뉴 (Ribbon) 가장 상단에 위치하며, Excel처럼 '홈', '삽입', '모델링' 등 탭이 나뉘어 있습니다. 여기서 시각화 추가, 테마 설정, 데이터 새로 고침 등의 주요 기능을 실행 할 수 있어요. 2. 시각화 창 (Visualizations Pane) 오른쪽에 위치한 이 패널은 다양한 차트와 그래프 를 추가할 수 있는 곳입니다. 차트 종류를 클릭한 뒤, 원하는 데이터를 할당하면 시각화가 완성돼요. 3. 필드 창 (Fields Pane) 시각화에 사용할 수 있는 테이블과 필드 목록이 나열 된 공간입니다. 필드를 드래그해서 시각화 요소에 추가하면, 데이터를 기반으로 그래프가 그려지죠. 4. 캔버스 영역 보고서 페이지가 표시되는 중심 공간 입니다. 여기에 다양한 시각화 요소를 배치 하고 크기를 조절하여 대시보드를 구성 할 수 있어요. 5. 페이지 탭 하단에 위치하며, Excel의 시트처럼 여러 개의 보고서 페이지 를 만들 수 있습니다. 각 페이지는 독립적으로 구성 할 수 있어 프로젝트 단위 보고서에 유용합니다.
